Over 3000 Irish march through Dublin city centre on Sunday to show solidarity with the people of Palestine.

[dropcap size=big]O[/dropcap]ver 3000 people marched through Dublin city centre on Sunday to show solidarity with the people of Palestine and to protest the military action taken by Israel. The protest was organised by the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign and is it thought to be the largest Pro-Palestine march in recent years.

The protest began on O’Connell street in the city centre and finished at the Israeli embassy in Ballsbridge at this point several protesters burnt and Israeli flag.

At the time of publishing the death toll in the conflict has reached over 550 Palestinians of which 70% are civilians and 25 Israeli soldiers.
